Despite downloading all material before starting, the videos were constantly halting midway through and could not continue. Even the text is inaccurate - see exhibit 110, Orchard, where the same text paragraphs appear twice. For a really unique facility, the app could be far better designed and more functional.

The app performed well on my S23 Ultra, but didn't work at all on my friend's Pixel. Odd. Having the narration in other languages would be a plus. Lots of walking and stairs. Tour NOT recommended for someone mobility impaired.

This app gives you the choice of video and written text for your self-guided tour of the Biosphere 2. The videos didn't work well on my friend's older phone, but were just fine on my Samsung Zflip3.

Other languages on the videos would be nice specially since this is a local atraction that is famous and important worldwide, other than that I think the app excecution and integration with the visit is very good. P.S. I see people had issues with the app, worked perfectly fine for me on a Oneplus 9pro and for my dad on a Oneplus 8t, both on android 11

Please note that you need to download this app prior to going to the Biosphere. The reception over there isn't great. Once you get there sign into their wifi and it works.

Garbage. $25 for a selfguided tour with an app that doesn't work. Struggled on 2 different phones for over an hour just to get half of each video to play.

It's just not as cool anymore. It hasn't changed hardly at all since like 15 years ago. For kids it probably still amazing because it's small but ehh not really for adults. The inside ocean exhibit is extremely unique. It's the biggest indoor ocean in the world🌎

Same price for a self guided tour? I wanted to like it, but the tour was a waste. If I wanted to stare at an app the whole time, I could've stayed home for free.
