The app only has a few functions, but nevertheless feels rather slow. Not displaying the current water temperature is an odd omission. Not being able to set a timer with the Truma iNet X system is a mayor flaw. The old system supported it. And no-one wants to get up in winter while the van is cold to then wait an hour to be able to take a hot shower.

Problems with firmware update. It seems to complete on the control unit, the screen says update complete, but on the app it doesn't complete. First time it lost Bluetooth connection, then refused to reconnect saying another phone was already connected. After a restart it did connect but still shows incomplete update, clicking on retry makes the whole (quite long) update progress start again. Then same result, hangs on the app as incomplete update.

Looks promising, but at present missing what I consider to be important features which were present on the "old" app, such as being able to read the actual voltage on the battery and the water temperature. The biggest omission in my opinion is not being able to set on and off times for the heating. This means I have to set two alarms - one to wake me up an hour early so I can switch the heating on and another when it's time to get up - not very relaxing, particularly in winter!"

not as functional as I-Net system, mobile signal not available on many campsites. Truma say enhanced securityneeded. Why ? Over zealous security gives less security. Which is basic security principle. Ask any qualified specialist. I have asked mine he said its overkiill. have you had a risk based security requirements carried by independent qualified expert. No need to store person identifying data. So why skew your app for unnecessary non customer friendly features? I bet you can't justify!

The App works OK but you cannot use it without logging in. You can't login without Internet access. So if you plan to use it when "wild camped" without Internet access, forget it! Why does an App that communicates with a heater controller via Bluetooth require Internet access? What sort of data is it sending to Truma?

An excellent remote control for our MH system - two things would make it 5 star; quicker link to the panel and a leisure battery voltage indicator

Great app and the new system. Just wish it would have real remote control with a possibility to add a sim card + a tracker to track all the milage, routes and so on... But im probably asking too much :)

This never holds the Bluetooth connection. Every time you want to use it you have to re pair it by holding it close to the panel. So it's completely pointless. If you have to do that your might as well just use the control panel
