The selection of shows on this app is excellent,but there are so many ads and the ads are so loud and intrusive. It is a poor marketing method, people shouldn't be yelled at to be convinced that they should buy their product. Please turn down the volume of the ads or at least offer an option where the viewers can pay to remove ads.

TVB uses to be family friendly. If there is any shows for older audience, there would be an age label. However, this app is desperately accepting ANY ads now. Tonight, we are seeing women video chat ads that's not appropriate at all!!! Please fix and filter. This is not right.

One of the most buggy app I have ever downloaded. As if that wasn't enough, it also play commercials over and over. At first I though it's just 3 identical commercials. It's annoying but not a deal breaker. It turns into 10+ commercials every 2 minutes. Some commercials are over 2 minutes. That's 10+ minutes of mindless commercials to watch 2 minutes. It's just a waste of time. It's totally useless.

Good selection of content although new ones are not always there. The app has bugs where after ad is played, the video is not resumed. I had to restart the video. Besides it should remember where the video stops the last time so that i can resume. Last but not least, there should be indicator on episode list which ones are watched.

Alot of options. Wish they would separate the new one from old ones, and separate mandarin ones, from Cantonese ones, and not just dump both of them in the same place. An options for English buttons, would have help me alot. I'm going by pictures right now. When I press back it's to get out of the episode, not the whole section. Really hard to navigate. It also doesn't save the place you were watch from, just starts all over.

It is great to have a free app to watch TVB shows legally on my phone. But there are a few annoyances that needed to be fixed. ADs freezing often then would have to exit and start all over to find where I left off with more ADs which sometimes freezes up again. Some episodes have wrong language playing or the video and audio are not synced. There is no way to let someone know to fix the specific episode. It would be great to have a place inside the app to report those issues.

Refusal to fix the simplest and most relevant (to their business model) BUGS makes this a frustrating app to use. App will STALL after playing commercials and can't continue forcing users to quit, restart, remember where they left off, watch commercials again, stall - rinse n repeat. U can register an account but can NEVER login while the app bombards u to register for "prizes". All known and historic bugs (for years)

Not a very user friendly app, I use it mostly on firestick, but fast forward and rewind are mess up, the button doesn't work properly 90% of the time. Constantly end the video when i try to fast forward or rewind. Also it doesn't really show which episode you are on. It is almost painful to have to watch a series on this app! And limited space available in collections! The viewing history are not correct either, all my firesticks and cell have the app, but it is not logging what I have watched!!
