The concept is cool and the marketing slick but the app is very poorly built. When you are a loved one are sick you don't want to get frustrated by buttons that don't work menus that keep navigating you out. And audio connection issues when trying to talk to a doctor. I've had to have the doctor call me on the phone both times I've used the app.

Our company (Hospital) suggested this product to their employees. Curious, I purchased and used it for my family. I was happy when the product was working. It was very innovative and made virtual visits easier and accessible. I thought it was a very good product. Unfortunately recently I have had log in issues and the app no longer recognizes the device. Their IT support has been unable to assist me. I guess they gave up when they left me on hold for an hour and 15 min.

Definitely helpful when you have multiple children contract the same illnesses and saves us a trip to urgent care or the doctor where we will likely contract another illness. Very helpful for pink eye, ear infections and strep throat which is what my children get the most and we always know what it is but just need the meds not an in person visit to tell us what we already know.

Not the most intuitive app to use However, the live training they provided is very helpful your first time After completing the training, the first doctor televisit that I had ended up being very thorough and beneficial

Best way to get medical attention for less serious sicknesses. The connection with the device is easy and comes with so many tools it is a real and preferable alternative to going to the doctor in person
