When searching pickup locations on my galaxy s23 ultra I click my location and literally nothing happens. All permissions allowed but it wont ever pick my location

The notifications in the app does not work at all. When you log in and go into your notifications, it's all blank. We'll not tell you. Nothing have to go online to get my notifications.

I've used uShip a few times and have had a positive experience overall. However the way that uShip handles messages is quite confusing. There are questions about an item, messaging to the shipper, and also you get the seller's contact information once the item has been booked. If they ever streamline the messaging functionality I'll give it more stars. Also uShip charges the shipper 15 to 20 percent of the total, and also adds a fee to the user on top of the agreed upon total.

The worse the Uship app gets the higher fees get. The app sucks so bad. it doesnt matter what they do to it. it just gets worse. Most recently, everytime I log on, yes that's right because I need to put my email and password EVERYTIME I open the app, it asks me to verify my identity...did that a long time ago. still asks. App freezes, doesnt load etc. Uship can play dumb but everyone who has the app knows what I'm talking about.

Fees are through the roof or I would use more often. Also, having more stringent password restrictions than any website on earth is a bit ridiculous. Really, forced 12 characters and all the special rules, why? Other than that, it's decent. Allows shippers and haulers to connect and is especially good for people needing a one time use, but again, fees are very high.

App does not allow or show everything I can look at online. The app has many glitches. Made many attempts but just lost money or no money to be made. Good for side loads. People want you to haul and white glove for free. But there is opportunity to travel and see many places. The wear and tear on vehicles is horrible. Motor and transmission had to be replaced.

4/25/2023 UPDATE App still isn't fixed, Pathetic. Cannot set pickup or drop off location. Screen states "Start typing your pickup location" Choices are My Location or Anywhere. If I click My Location is does nothing. If I click Anywhere it takes me back to the main screen. I can't search for loads in a specific area I am forced to look through all loads which is impossible. Went to the help section and it was totally useless. Worthless waste of time app. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

This app is not user friendly. Its frustrating and terribly stressful. It locks up too much. Its 100% more difficult to navigate than the previous version. The notifications buttons dont notify so jobs get lost. Why did they change it if the 1st one wasnt bad. In fact the ONLY thing that needed added to the old app was easier access to payments.
