My phone is SAMSUNG GALAXY A76. The app opens in my phone but the login page where you have to put your ID and password shows blank screen because of which i am facing problem at workplace. I work at CCD and we use this app to see cafe orders......

The app keeps on ringing even when you have acknowledged the order in other device. Some time it starts ringing for rider arrival for old order that had benn completed hour before. Over all not good. Even the web portal had pruce issue. You update price of items it shows old rates in some items and above all when you report they say they didn't find any problem and contact us when ever you face the problem again. Means I have to make the item out of stock and then contact them and wait ..

Multiple issues with this app. Even after acknowledging on one device it keeps ringing on every other device and we need to individually mark as read. There is no proper sync. Plus sometimes it does not even ring in all the devices making matter worse. Auto rotate mode does not work properly, it rotates only clockwise and not anticlockwise (we have to keep tablet in one direction, makes it difficult to charge if port is on other side or tablet stand is designed to be on other side).

There are a lot of problems with this app. Old completed orders appear to be unwarranted so that today's order details are not known. Delivery partner does not show different data which makes the calculation very tragic. Too often the notification ring keeps ringing for no reason. Older versions were working better. Get it fixed as soon as possible, otherwise we will have to turn off the amp and take different apps of all the aggregators.

Worst app. Doesn't work at all. It does not give proper info about delivery partner.

Really problematic app, web portal also has frequent issues. 1) After receiving the order in restaurant POS it keeps showing up in phone app and accepting on phone makes the status into food ready. 2) Secondly accepted orders don't sync in the system and Zomato calls us to receive the order. Very dissappointing as compared to peers like Petpuja

Switching to urban piper was my biggest mistake. Their sales person said my number of orders will increase but I lost so much business all 20 days I was with them. The app is pathetic, doesn't show time, doesn't effeciently ring notification when someone places order. After paying for enrollment, it took them 40 days to enroll me in. Effeciency and results are like a sarkari company.

Many glitches in the app. They themselves are not sure for whom they have made the app. Very slow customer. Very delayed responses. Only accessible only via email. No helpline. Your Lucky if you get a response the same day. Depends on the on boarding managers mood. They work till 5 or 6 pm after which you won't receive any support. No helplines. Don't bother escalation. A bunch of paper pushers who try and avoid doing their job. Lost over 3 days of online sales before I decided to migrate.
