It's a good concept. A little difficult to find a place to store bags you can actually trust. Found a spot with good reviews, but was asked to cancel and pay cash upon arrival (obviously, don't do this, as your bags won't be covered by Bounce). Reported the shop, so hopefully they are delisted. 4 stars for Bounce customer service being very responsive.

Very hard to book a new reservation when u have an old reservation because the pop up keeps overlaying what you are trying to do which is make a new reservation. Such a stupid design! Second, make sure to take a screenshot of the QR code because we were unable to pick our luggage up for a while because we couldn't get reception and we had to find Wi-Fi. The developer totally needs have the app download the information so it doesn't have to rely on Internet. You guys suck!

We tried this as we found out at checkout that our hotel could not store our bags. Unfortunately, the location we chose did not accept car seats, so we cancelled the reservation. While we could book the storage online, cancelling required downloading the app, which is a bit evil. Then getting an actual refund (rather than Bounce credit) required going through support. But they did give me a refund relatively promptly. This may be useful, but if things don't work out it's a bit of a headache.

Does not work. I made a booking online for a recent trip and the app wouldn't load when opened, it was stuck on doing something with the phones location. I force closed and reopened the app but none of the buttons inside the app would work (couldn't access bookings). I've got another reservation this week and I was testing the app and it looks like it's still broken. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens. I probably won't be using bounce again after these 2 frustrations.

App doesn't work. It freezes and/or crashes on startup, on Android 14 on a stock high-end phone. I have permissions disabled by default and will only enable them when an app asks. The app seems like it freezes a few seconds later when I give it location access, but it never asked. Edit: I made the reservation on the website, which said to use the reservation code. But both the email and site said I need the app to get the code! Luckily I screenshotted when I confirmed the res.

Does not work on Samsung Galaxy. Just keeps loading forever to find a location once you install. Still loading as I'm writing this. Once it loads, the touch controls do not work. Can't navigate. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Far too unstable an experience to trust one's bags to the service.

App crashes constantly when trying to access support messages or contact the store owner. There is 0 guarantee that store owner is actively using the app. App is also missing core user experience such as location details about accessibility. The location I chose was up several flights of stairs in a narrow stairwell with no elevator. Luggage fell and caused damage. No indication in app before booking. App crashes when reaching out for support, had to use the website. Terrible first experience

Downloaded the app several times over. It simply does not work. It opens then freezes. I've heard great things about Bounce and would love to use it for an upcoming trip but it simply isn't working. Hoping they fix the issue. If so, I'll gladly update my review.
