I really like WeWork's services and spaces. Their offices are nice. I like that I can rent desks and rooms at their numerous locations. However, their app really sucks. It doesn't remember your search preferences, reloads frequently, and can be very slow to load search results. The app is for mobile only, and you can't search and book spaces on desktop. Try it out and you'll see what I mean.

I applaud the minimalism but it's so difficult to upgrade without sending a request. I would just like the same visibility using on a laptop as on the mobile app. I feel like that wouldn't completely derail the aesthetic. Having to bounce back and forth between the two to just purchase a membership is making me lose motivation for what already seems like a bloated monthly membership fee.

This is the first one star review I've ever given. I can't even log in to the app in the first place. I have no problem accessing the WeWork website on my computer or on my phone's browser. But logging in through the app is impossible. I have sent in a ticket to get it fixed, but it's been 3 weeks and the problem still isn't resolved. In fact, they stopped responding to my emails last week. If WeWork can't even fix a simple little bug, I have basically no faith that this app will get better

It shows all private spaces as unavailable. When you click into the side, it shows it's available. When you try to reserve, you get a hard error I can't tell if something is actually available or the app is just broken. Can't reserve any private space. I should note I've tried this on an android and iphone. Neither will allow me to book a space.

Pathetic App to say the least. Already an existing member, while trying to login into the app, it didn't worked for quite some attempts and once it worked, couldn't retrieve my account info from the entered email and have sent me a new welcome email !! I've already purchased a bundle of day passes which I wanted to book via app but looks like that's not happening!!

Incredible poor app, how can it take 30 seconds to load basic data on a brand new smartphone with 5g connection. And why can I not book more than one day at a time. Absolute joke of an app. Wework should be embarrassed that this is most people's main way of interacting with them.

the new app is literally a downgrade from the old app in regards to UX. App is ridiculously slow even on 5G. Sometimes takes 5 - 10 minutes to get into it and book a desk. Please please please revert to the old version or fix this thing

On a brand new flaship OnePlus 12... On Android 15, The app is incredibly slow to move through the app, on ALL of the pages and functions. And it also randomly logs me out from time to time
