Doesn't sign in since I don't have an account. There is no option to create an account. Directs you to go to a website but did not point you to where. I can look it up, but why bother? If there is so little thought given to onboarding new customers,I can only assume the rest of the experience will be even more thoughtless. Was a lot easier to close the app and write this than sign up. Thanks for the easy decision.

Excellent app with a few oversights. As a long-time customer I'm disappointed that the developer invests in everything but the actual riding experience. Every time the slope changes, resistance of my stages bike changes immediately, not quite like the real world. No integration of gearing indicators. And unfortunately, the videos are all fixed angle, so there's zero indication of you're going uphill or downhill or straight, the video will always look the same. Please improve!

First impression is not great, the "filter" button doesn't work, you can sort routes based on distance grade etc. But you can't "filter" which is a big PITA. And how do you add a route to favorites? Update: favorites moved to summary page, shows up after workout, kinda silly, I'd like to save a few to look at later BEFORE I ride them.

Great fun riding all those beautiful ang chalanging routs. Yet there are 2 issues i noticed: 1. Video distortion at the screen adges mostly at lower screen corners and around the ride data area. 2. The virtual partners list for selection is limited and you can select only the fastest or the slowest riders depend on the sorting used. There is no way to access the middle of the whole list since scrolling down it is somehow limited.

This app has really missed the mark on UI and was buggy from the signup screen, where the screen seemed to flip to a different language after I entered my data. The only redeeming factor is that it connected quickly with my trainer and that seems to have improved. But I uninstalled and will be using something else.

The most frustrating technological experience I have had in years. I downloaded the app, bought a classic trainer, purches two sensors for 75 dollars, downloaded on my phone, downloaded on the computer, downloaded on my work phone. It is all logged-in, but none of the routes will work. Absolutely horrible. App won't open on my android. App won't start a route on the tablet, can't log-in on customer service - can't find an answer to how to start the routes. Nothing is working after hundreds of $

The idea is good and many of the virtual rides are fun. But with my trainer, the virtual ride was extremely hard and required adjustment for every different ride. I even did one ride in reality and it was easier than on Rouvy. The attitude in the app that Rouvy's effort is true and you only want part of that training is insulting. Also, doing a subscription renewal draft without a reminder email is a predatory business practice and illegal in some countries/states.

Edit: if the goddamned app crashes in the middle of an ironman the least I would have expected is for it to resume where I was. But I have to start the time trial from the beginning. Very effective way to demotivate. ===== Please support Android TV. I sideloaded it and works very good -just have to plug a USB mouse to be able to click the buttons since the remote control is not recognized.
