Before a service partner confirms that the service will be carried out, Pinhome requests payment. When no service partners are available, the order is canceled, and you have to wait a long time to receive a refund for the payment you have already made. This is very detrimental to customers! We did not receive the service, but our money was held because the refund process took an unnecessarily long time. I do not recommend using this application!"

Initially this is my go to apps to order cleaning service. Not the most convinient since they have limited option for scheduling and payment. Now they decided worse at scheduling (from 7 to 3 days upfront). 30/07 : The issue is the way you manage order. Too short for pre-order and now is even more complicated with combo here and there

I recently had a disappointing experience with a cleaning service for my air conditioner. Although they initially assured me of a five-day guarantee, they refused to inspect or repair the unit after they caused damage during the cleaning process. Their service was unreliable, as their customer support provided conflicting information on different days. I strongly advise exercising caution when considering their services, as my experience was far from satisfactory. I cannot recommend them.

The interface is actually good with easy-to-use experience, but the home cleaning service is so bad. It's dissapointing. The cleaner isn't giving satisfactory result. I found other apps have way better service for home cleaning. I used to order from other apps and the results are top-notch. The cleaner in other apps seem like having certain cleaning standard. But the cleaner in this app seems confused on what to do and not giving a good result. I uninstalled it and going back to the other app.

Used this service 2 times, first time I picked the 75rb service Aircon and he come here told me here and there got problem need to repair roughly 800rb, then I said nevermind no need to repair because it's too costly. The guy approach me and said he can do cleaning which will be cold again and that's personal work cost 200k. I agreed. Second time I ordered 1 day before and expect him to come today, the guy didn't reply msg or phone. I'm frustrated and regret. This app is giving false info

The app is good but the notifications are very annoying.. Why I need notifications for a new cluster when I only need pinhome for household services
