When i entered the profile all the slots are empty ( like employee id and code ,and personal information and contact details) i don't know why but genius website works properly and the second thing i can't get the payroll (salary slips) ,it's always says try again or unable to load ,please fix this and update the app .otherwise app is excellent and easy to use.

I am trying to login again and again but., it showing incorrect ID or Password then I tried to recover password by filling employee id and aadhar card.. And it says that the password is sent on the mail id.. But I can't get it on my mail id... Then I called on helpline number but no response from the company.....worst experience ever..!!! .

After the updatation on 19/08/2023 the app is not opening,showing "invalid user id/password".fix it immediately.I need to open the app as soon as possible.

In crome I m using genius password which created by me but same password I m using in app it's show wrong password and show update the version after updated by me already..it's hearting so much plzz help me in this.and possible to help me to create security code also.

My app is updated but still it showing warning pop up like you are using old version do update. While i am trying to open playstore no update is found..check it
