This app and the products its used for is comically bad. I even had to uninstall and reinstall it several times just to get through the unnecessarily complicated process

Complete nonsense, it doesnt even connect to the robot, i tried everything by now

TERRIBLE, WON'T EVEN OPEN. KEEPS CRASHING WHILE TRYING TO USE IT. USELESS £500 HOOVER THAT I CAN'T CONTROL OR EVEN SET THE TIME ON, SO IT WILL STOP HOOVERING AT RANDOM TIMES. WILL SEND THE MACHINE BACK. AS FOR THIS APP, DON'T EVEN BOTHER DOWNLOADING; IT'S A WASTE OF TIME.

Don't bother worst app ever cannot find the machine most of the time and when it does you cannot get the Hoover to work 😢😢😢😢😡😡

App doesn't work after continual installs and installs to try to remedy. How a company as big as Hoover can put something as cruddy as this on the market baffles me.
