Since the last update I have had nothing but issues. 1) The log in page takes several attempts before it lets me go into the app. It keeps reloading the log in page. 2)At the end of an appointment I stop the timer, recieve a confirmation but the timer always still continues. if I keep stopping the timer I incur multiple charges. 3) If I cancel a booking the timer still starts so booking is not really cancelled. Never had these issues before the last update. Please fix!

Super happy with the service. Have been using the service for over a year now and am super happy (we use it for afterschool care). It's very flexible. The app still needs some work but the underlying service is amazing. Even on weekends and late in the evenings their customer service team is always on standby ready to help out in case of late cancellations or unfilled bookings. The sitters are great as well... most are very dependable, sweet and punctual. Can heartily recommend to any parent.

For 13.99€ a month I can't see my messages - they are showing randomly every time! Notification says that I received a new message, icon says the same, but I don't have any in the list. Also you can't write a message to an "angel" before she/he confirmed booking, so you have to pay a fee if angel doesn't fit your expectations and you need to cancel booking.

This service is AWESOME!!! the app itself needs a bit if work as it freezes up sometimes on my phone, but dont let that get in the way of how great the nanny/babysitter service is. Their customer service is also amazing. Amber is great and super helpfull. This service saved my 3 week trip to Amsterdam. So grear to show up in a city and have babysitters at your fingertips! and it us VERY reasonably priced! I never write reviews, but had to for this.

Installed the app for the first time. The app crashes when I skip the tips at the beginning. It also crashes when I swipe all 4 tips and try to create an account -> sign up as a family. Hope they fix it soon, as we have very positive referrals from people we know who use it regularly.

Can't even get past the sign up process. The app doesn't open up my gallery, media picker, or camera when I have to put a picture on my profile, and I'm renderib stuck. Furthermore, I can't even opt to add a picture later. The app is useless.

I just downloaded the app and as most of the reviews say, the app is unusable. I can't even complete my profile. I'm stuck at the uploading of a photo, it's not clear if it's required, the popup never opens so I can't choose any photo and the complete profile button is greyed out.

Great service that helps parents. But a pitiful application The engineers should be ashamed, clearly there is much to improve basic functionalities such as chat get stuck when typing. The UI has multiple bugs such as resetting bookings or not persisitting selections, it is not performant in anyway. When the list of angels is long the app can't function normally. You're service is overshadowed by poor product and engineering
