Poor start, refused to accept my email address for direct debit. Contacted support who insisted if been transferred to my bank's site and I wasn't in the app. Point 1, I haven't told the app what bank I was with, so I *couldn't* be in my bank's screen. Point 2, direct debits are 100% set up at the merchant end. Both of which support denied. I feel doomed if anything goes wrong when I'm trying a charge.

App has a good layout and shows the information needed. It's also great that you can link it to your charge card, and it activates seamlessly.

It's not a bad app and really good chargers. Most problems are with connectivity, but that's a signal problem rather than the app or energy supplier

Really good app and overall service. Lots of charging infrastructure on the route I travelled. Having driven through Germany before entering the Netherlands, Fastned was a massive improvement on the antiquated services in Germany.

Beware - company is a scam. Charging prices are ok, but you'll get £100 fine while your parked and charging. - since found that this isn't a mistake but something they had agreed with the property owner and knew about!

I'm planning a trip from Perpignan to Volterra in Italy in my 2019 E-Soul. 2 things bother me: 1/ I can input my estimated range, but I can't say at what speed. My consumption varies between 14kwh/km and 22kwh/km. Can the app not refer to an online database for this for each vehicle? 2/ The suggested route includes some charging stops at 10% remaining charge but I'd like to stay over 20% or 25% after bad experiences with out of order chargers. Could you add this as a settable parameter? Thanks.
