I was so impressed when I first came across to this app (on my phone) from full sky. But I'm increasingly getting flaky behaviour from it. It won't always allow me to go back in the guide the full 24 hours, other times when I select an event in the past to watch it starts then stood and says Replay, only for it to loop just 2 seconds of the event before stalling again. Annoying when trying to watch before hearing a result! The App on my TV is quite unusable unless watching live.

Total waste of time for Premiership fans. They do not post replays as advertised. "live full replays....No they miss the replays and sometimes do not post them for up to 16 hours. They do this all the time and give no explanation. They have told me this can sometimes happen on a one off sporting event on a "pop Up chanel" They thinkmthe premiership is a one off game!!!! Absolutely no idea. They don't know how to run this properly. Don't waste your money.

They used to have playback possible for the last 24 hours now its only 6 hours. So if you want to watch a replay of something played live at 1am you have to watch it by 7 in the morning. Makes that whole option pointless. Fuming i cant watch F1 qualifying on a sunday afternoon. And no its not in the replays either. Sometimes it is. I guess its whether they feel like it or not. Its like they're doing everything they can to make me stop subscribing.

How is this app so bad !! I have it downloaded on my smart TV and keeps kicking me off back to the home page on my TV. Also out of 13 channels there is no live sport on just repeating old rubbish from months and years ago. Compare this to Sky Sports in the UK this is something from the 80s technology and look. Just ask the UK please to use all there sport channels and technology. NZ once again so far behind the world.

Use to have 24 hour playback, perfect to watch the baseball when you get home from work - now only 6 hours and not all live sports are available on replay or the replay takes hours to be loaded. They make significant changes like this with no communication, even after you have paid upfront for the service!!!

Recent changes to rewind from 24 to 6 hours is terrible and not customer focused. It makes watching long form content such as F1 or IMSA endurance races impossible. Sky will also not fix 6 hour races replays that start halfway through. The support for Sky Sport Now do not care and are ruining live sport and the ability to watch the replays. Not everyone can get up on the middle of the night to watch F1 live. Stop ruining sport watching for your customers. Not good enough.

Another victim of the competency crisis. It will load a game after a fashion, but not before dropping off the Chromecast, or just straight refusing to load. Unfortunately, things only half working is becoming the norm.

It doesn't work! It keeps suggesting I'm using a VPN when I'm not!! I've checked everything including the neighbours WiFi and using phone data. I just can't purchase a subscription.
