I can't schedule appointments anymore. Fix it please RESPONSE: This isn't user error! Literally, when I open the app and hit the appointments button it loads a blank page. I can do nothing to "troubleshoot" the problem. It's the app itself, not anything I did wrong or can solve. Nice try passing the buck though. 🙄 FIX IT PLEASE

Excellent app not only let's you schedule your appointments, keeps track of any meds, but allows quick and secure communication with your doctors. You can see their notes about your visits and also your lab results. It's really a great personal resource for your health!

They've made the app to be really user friendly to work off your phone. It's almost just as easy to use as using the web browser. Everything you need is available for you to look up and pay bills. You can view invoice, test results and message your care team. Im super impressed.

This app is very nice and easy to navigate. Give you the advantages of: See your appointments and check-in online. Read the after appointments doctor's notes. See you test results like labs, x-rays, etc. in no time. Request medicine's refills. You can send messages to your doctors. Pay your bills and a lot more.

The application only works for rudimentary tasks. For me a diabetic the app. fell short, it created a cross talk situation which has caused me to go days without Insulin. I am almost 80 years old, I depended on the application to keep me current on office visits & refills, it did neither. Withholding needed meds seems extreme.

This app is full of good information and is easy to use. I love being able to see my test results and after visit reports from my doctors. I appreciate being able to message my doctors. One does need to look at the menu options to appreciate all of the information that is available, e.g., tests ordered, referrals, etc.

Horrible like their service. Can't even login with my CORRECT id and pwd! Also they force you to update in order to have access to your tests results, Unacceptable!!! Update: not a single improvement after 4 years! I don't understand with all the money that they charge from their patients, how they are not embarrassed by their app which doesn't work 97% of the time?

I have to manage my child's account as well as my own. It's extremely time consuming to have to log out, look up the password for the other account, and log back in. I feel sorry for people with multiple children trying to use this app. Why can't you just switch profile in the app????!
