I had the worst experience with this app. Everything seemed to go smoothly until I paid the fee and waited for the character certificate to be issued. Then, the app crashed, and I could no longer access it. It turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. This needs urgent improvement—fix the app’s stability, ensure users can access their applications after payment, and provide better customer support. Pakistan Zindabad

Update your app; it's not allowing me to log in, nor is it loading after applying for a certificate. It keeps showing a network error, even though my internet is working properly. I switched from a data package to WiFi, but the issue persists. hire some good developer to fix the issue

I applied online, paid the required fee of 1,020, and have been waiting for two weeks with no update. The app only shows "soon," but the certificate has not been issued. When I visited the concerned office to inquire, I was informed that I had entered the wrong address. However, I had provided my current address, where the certificate was supposed to be delivered. Since I was not in the city, I opted for the online. Now, I am being asked to reapply and pay the fee again, which seems unfair.

I applied for a character certificate, but now the app isn’t working—I can’t even log in through the website. If you can’t manage the app properly, don’t create one in the first place. It only causes unnecessary hassle and wastes citizens’ time and money.

It's not working, says no network available. My wifi and data both are working fine. I am in Australia, is it usable in pak only? Or I have to use some kind of VPN to change location to pak?

Useless app on every open showing error so how we can process they should hire expert devolper those even can prepare good application without showing error 😕.but I think they will not do that the last option they will said you will have to visit at police station... But almost good iniative for online keep it up Punjab police but need to improve more better facilities for public

1 month ago the application was working fine and perfect but now it doesn't open at all i have to download my PCC but am unable to do it. Please look forward to this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

After latest updates: "I'm extremely disappointed with the Punjab Police app. Despite updating the app, I'm still unable to obtain a copy of my FIR. The app's functionality is poor, and it's causing inconvenience to citizens like me. I hope the developers will look into this matter and resolve the issue ASAP.
