Absolutely awful. I have now had a few parking tickets due to this app. It offers you to "park here" when you have chosen the correct one. It will jump to a different carpark and take the payment. Meaning although i have paid for a ticket, they fine me too. It's the same street and the same company who run the carparks and When I queried this, I was told to be more observant and choose the right carpark. Which I had done. Numerous times.

Downloaded and used the app QR code to enter and leave Newark Northgate Station car. The barriers worked fine. But, I couldn't find my receipt. Apparently, the App hadn't registered my parking! Then, I spent a long time on the app chat, trying to sort it out. The agent on the chat finally told me to call customer services and pay by phone. They were very polite and helpful at customer services, but it required me to speak to two people and more than 30 minutes to pay.

BEWARE! AutoPay Removed! Received a PCN after parking at an automated car park with ANPR barriers, have parked there many times in the past using Auto-Pay but apparently that was removed even though the toggle still exists in the app. No signage in the car park to say Auto Pay is no longer available, the app doesn't even show the parking session in question so I couldn't have paid manually, even if I was aware of the issue. Terrible and rude customer service, you've lost a customer for life.

There is no option to prebook using the app. It's confusing, as when you search for a car park and select it, a prebook orion is displayed. However, selecting the prebook option redirects you to the NCP website, which requires you to REGISTER in order to use it. Even although you're logged into the app. The only good thing was that I saved myself £3 on 24hr parking by simply using the app to "park now". It's worth using the app though, as in general, parking is cheaper.

When it works, it's not been as bad for me as it has for other people. Main problem is that it is slow to get all its ducks in a row. You have to plan, use the app before you set out on your trip, log in, set up, show code, then minimise the app... What we all need is A BUTTON that WORKS instantly to display the code or just wirelessly link to something and let us into the car park and let the people behind get on with finding change or whatever. Widgets are useful for this.

I used to use the app but uninstalled it because it rarely worked. My partner installed it instead because of how much cheaper it was than paying by card at the machine. For the last three times we've been to a car park,. we've paid on the app and had a "parking success" notification. Yet we've been fined 3 times. The first two we thought we maybe have forgotten bit now on this third time we triple checked and ensured we paid, yet we got another fine. It's impossible to contact NCP either.

Utter garbage. Singed up for this as they charge less if you use the app. Why? What is wrong with paying by card at the machine?! Ten minutes wasted filling in card details, emails, postal address, reg numbers only to find a message saying the service is out of action anyway! So I ended up paying £5 extra for exactly the same parking. What a rip off.

appears to be a major problem with this app compared to previous. How do you pay if operating multiple vehicles? previous app could add multiple vehicles. Please don't tell me I have to have an email for each!! How does that work at the barrier? In a queue? Has this been thought through? Guidance welcome. Thank you for addressing this concern
