Issue either with tracking unit or app. Last week during peak traffic I had calls from emergency services asking if I was in an accident. My phone on silent so didn't see the calls coming through, which I would think the app would override this. Secondly, I was still driving and no harsh stops, why was this not picked up? I reviewed my driving behavior and didnt find it accurate. I don't understand why while walking around counts to driving behavior. Just some issues I picked up.

This is becoming frustrating now - key tag issue. Previous key tag was faulty and got the new one with a booklet with instructions. Firstly appears the tag cannot pair with the unit, secondly tried pairing as per instruction with the app, the add option on the app doesn't work. I'm in IT so this thing doesn't work. Will be calling to cancel the subscription as I'm not gonna place my family at risk with a service that doesnt work. Have no time for gimmicks

This app sucks! I purchased a new vehicle, I cant delete the old vehicle, which is sold. The new vehicle is added, but I cant view anything on the app about the vehicle, no trip logs etc, but can still view everything on the old vehicle. I cant send an enquiry via the app because in the required fields I can't type info.... how stupid an frustrating, but tracker takes my money every month.

This app crashes quite a lot. My android has even recommended that I put it to sleep. It requires logging in regularly, even after moments of using it. The single finger double tap and zoom feature is now gone after updating. The trip sammaries are bundled and brief, and not singled out with full details.

Tracker sent me a new key tag, because the old one was defective. The accompanying instructions for the pairing process describes items that don't appear in my freshly downloaded Tracker Connect app - such as 'Key tag' in the 'Vehicle information 'section'. The app has always been rather useless and unresponsive to me.

So far not a very good experience. Im plus minus 3 years with tracker. And always struggle to login. Well im logged again. But my app is stil only showing half of my cars detail and nothing else. So apparently the app just doesnt work. I cant track my vehicle movement. Or whatever i should see.

I had Tracker for a long time and on the app I could always track my vehicle in terms of location. Recently, I noticed that the app isn't providing any details except my car reg no. However, online it makes mention that my car is moving and in which direction. I logged a complaint. The guy says the features is restricted & I must now upgrade at a cost of course. This restriction happened all of a sudden with no notification whatsoever. It's a Money making marketing scam. Appalled and disgusted!!

The app used to work great but now nothing seems to be working properly. The location is never updated, therefore it shows that your vehicle is in a completely different place than it really is. That kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app. The car guard function is also not working. It keeps saying that it cannot be turned on while the car's ignition is on, but the car is off. I am really disappointed in the app. I have logged multiple queries but no one has gotten back to me.
