Bad courier service. Parcel undelivered due to consignee not around when there's no delivery even made. They also have the audacity to say that I was contacted but no calls or messages.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The booking got rescheduled to midnight due to technical issues. Ground crew insisted it was posted in the website when you book the ticket but there's none. They only then sent an SMS on the time of complaint with all the talks and refund process w/ot surcharge but then guess what when we requested for a refund they took a portion as "processing fee". They didn't understand what they sent through SMS "no surcharge fee upon refund". So illiterate. Aboloy na lng yun.

Can't open, it is just pure white screen upon opening the app. How can I download my travel docs with this.

I waited days after days for my package to arrive and kept on checking the status. Nobody came, not even a shadow and then they will tag the delivery as failed attempt because of bad address when in fact every single shopee/lazada rider, old and new can locate my address without a sweat. It's just in front of the street, not hidden within a maze. It's easy AF to locate. Nobody even tried to contact me. I went as far ahead as not going to work just to receive the item. Horrible customer service.

The app UI is well designed it makes for easy navigation and worry free booking. Overall this a great transition from the website and the payment portal redirect functions seamlessly without crashing then takes you back to the app after it's done. Thanks 2Go Team!

The app doesn't open 85% of the time. When you try to purchase a ticket, on the app using the credit cards, the company states it accepts it will not go through. You are forced to purchase the tickets via CASH only. Hence, when issues occur, the customer has ZERO recourse against the company.

I should rate the app 3 stars for fast and easy transaction, but my first experience as a passenger (MV St. Michael The Archangel), the 24hr trip with my wife is like a hell. First of all, The linen, there's no linen there even bedsheet is not available. The whole section is not well ventilated, there's millions of small cockroaches everywhere. I hate their treatment with Super value red and yellow passengers. we hate it
