All in all this app is awesome but the new Update really SUCKS and it doesn't look like it changed in any way from the user interface! All my Favs got deleted and all the downloaded stuff as well, also the sites won't show any of the reviews and icons so the filter is useless as well. so much work for nothing. You guys should really work on that because without the update the app isn't working at all..

Used the premium version for my 2 months NZ road trip. Helped us save tons of money because it can actually show you nearly all free campsites in NZ (CamperMate doesn't). We stayed in free campsites almost every night. Many people leave good reviews of the campsites so you know which ones to avoid! Love the app and it's definitely worth the money!

Was really good... ...until the recent forced update. Now it's just a map full of icons. No user ratings. No list of facilities. All favourites from the previous version have been lost. Unless the bugs are fixed or they go back to the previous version, there's no point in having this app. Won't recommend this to anyone.

I've loved this app for years. I'm mid trip and it force updates, not only did I lose all my data but absolutely no sights have any info on them anymore, filters don't work, all my favorites are gone so I'm manually searching through to find the place I favorited earlier to sleep tonight. Why force update (prevent the app from working at all) an app that people really rely on.. in the wilderness... especially when it's not a stable update at all..

Would be higher stars, but the most recent update was forced, and seems to have just made the app worse. No more amenities icons on the campground overlays. All the ratings seem to have just disappeared as well as most descriptions for campgrounds. Seems to have just broken the whole app making it pretty useless for making informed decisions. Hopefully this can be solved quickly!

Used to be awesome, but now the filters are broken. Previously when you choosed multiple filters it would use them all. For example if you choose "tent" and "nice scenery" it would show sites that allow tent and also have nice scenery. But now it shows all the places that allow tent or have a nice scenery. Basically it made the filters useless.

The app is completely broken thanks to the last forced update. All of my saved data has been lost, therefore all of my trip planning for the next month of our holiday. Now we are scrambling trying to figure out where we can camp in a tent. The filters don't work anymore. Absolutely nothing loads when offline. Almost all the old campsite data is missing. What a waste of money paying for the use of this app. Let us roll back to the previous version until this is fixed.

What happened in last update? 28.2.2023? I was forced to update app and lost all my saved data. I was forced to log in again. Favorite list of points lost. Filters lost. Points on the map stopped to indicate facilities icons and other features. Therefore filters stopped to work as point have no information what facilities are there. Tried to reinstal and redownload content. Tried phone restart couple times. Nothing helped. And we are stucj in the middle of the new zealand.
