Just three issues I've come across, 1. The calendar file, Tanda use to send a roster ics file but now it has become more sporadic in sending the file. 2. There is no comments section connected to the rostered shift eg. Foul clean up - Location - Type. 3. "How was your last shift?" Has limited options, such as "Highly busy", "Fire Alarm"

this app is a complete let down and a waste of time. it boots you out of your own account, then won't allow you to sign back in. the 'can't log in' function doesent work either. considering this app is responsible for ensuring i am paid correctly, I feel that it is well below an acceptable standard. we have several employees in my workplace with the same problem. Extremely frustrating.

Horrible outdated app can't auto sync with phone calendar. If the company I work at is not forcing everyone to use this app, I'd rather use other app like Dayforce. And stop asking about how my shift was. The last thing I want to do after finish my work is being asked about my work and spend more time thinking about the work.

I agree with everyone else's issues with the new app. To add - Efficiency is the most valuable thing to focus on with an app like this. The more relevant information we can see on the screen at once the better, don't worry about how nice it looks, screen transitions, pretty colours, you get the idea. The app is slow to load between screens, such as, approving timesheets one by one, with a wait time between staff is very tedious and annoying. Also, getures should be removed to avoid accidents.

Never in my life has an app made me so mad! The update has rendered it utterly useless. I can't track my hours any more which I need for reporting. The hours it does track is way off. It's telling me I worked 4.33 hours last week. Not the 24 I did work. It makes NO sense! I'm now having to try and find a way to manually track everything myself. Which is impossible for me to keep on top of! Please at least give the option for old view on Android. Was 5 stars. Now it's not even worth 1 star!

My experience was always iffy. First time I started using Tanda, it was extremely difficult to log in. However once I managed to log in my experience went like a breeze! It was awesome! Forwarding to present day, I am not able to log in to Tanda. I've messaged the Tanda team and my managers, they have told me to reset my password. I've reset my password 4 times ! Still can't log in ;(

I dislike this new update and hope it is improved but formatted to work as the old version did. I liked the fact before that I could see all my shifts displayed on one screen. Now it's slow changing screens to see each shift and when you get to the screen, scrolling through is a waste of time. The whole layout is hard to follow.

Worst App ever. The app never loads and is always crashing. I have to use this on a daily basis to clock in/out but it crashes every single time I try to use it. REPLY BACK: I have reached out to your customer service with no acknowledgement or improvement to the app. And even worse, this app has affected my phone! It's not just me, it's also my coworkers who each have different types of phone. This is the WORST app ever and it crashes my phone. I would uninstall it IMMEDIATELY if I could.
