Does give you a very brief overview of device when connected. Problem is the connection drops every 2 days or so that requires me to push the connection button on f2600 which is inconvenient and does me no good if away from home. Wish you could schedule charging times. Hopefully Anker will work out the bugs as app is relatively new. I do have faith in the company. Edit - As the days pass I am getting more and more frustrated with the unit dropping the wifi connection.

The app itself is pretty limited compared to Ecoflow's, but I think Anker is targetting a different market segment. The big issue that needs to be fixed is the login timeout every week or so. There's no need to timeout logins on Android, and it's highly obnoxious. If they fix that defect, I'd rate it 4 or 5 stars.

Only ONE person and only ONE smartphone can be used to adjust ANYTHING in the app. All other users can only observe. Also you can only define one 24h cycle. Would be nice to have one for every day of the week. Would also be nice to then be able to save these settings (summer/ winter/ daylight savings/ vacation...)!!

I had the problem that the history data did not work at all with Solix Solarbank 2 Pro. After waiting for the next firmware update and reconfiguring the system several times the problem still persisted. Contacting the Support was VERY helpful: They responsed within a few hours and resolved my problem because for some reason my system had to be reconfigured a "special way" - this solved at least the problems I had since I got the Solarbank *thumbs up* for the Anker Support

I just got my anker shipped to africa, it wont connect, keeps saying "an app is needed to to use this device" . Also connect to AC cable charging, it just keeps cracking up inside without charging, shows 0 input. Very limited support. Yes its brand new anker f3800

Solix F3800. So far it's been great product. A down side yet an upside you are limited on how many watts you can charge with until it reache a certain temp especially when less then 60 degrees f. I'm getting this so for when we can start traveling this summer my family and I didn't want to put a whole battery setup. I just wanted my solar panels and this. I'm going to treat it like it's a military equipment. Beat it tell is falls apart. See what could happens. I'll update you in the next time.

Why do I keep getting signed out? It also appears that the Solix C1000 and C300 DC units select a random MAC address every time they are powered on, which wreaks havoc with any attempt to have a nice, neat network. There doesn't appear to be any way to turn this off.

Latest updates causes the battery to fully discharge every time it reaches 15%. Additionally, the power pushes maximum output even though the schedule asks for 200w. All power going straight into the grid because the home isn't drawing much.
