This is an updated and expanded version of the old game called Launch! that was available a few years ago. The original dev quit working on the game and made the code open source, and Ballistic Games picked up where he left off. Counterforce keeps the classic gameplay loop of Launch! while expanding on it, adding new and interesting forms of combat such as aircraft, ships, submarines, and infantry. While this game is not as simple as Launch! was, it is still addictive and enjoyable to play.

It's an interesting game although I do recommend getting a good device to run this game on. Despite it being a 4 MB game, it needs lots of processing power to run or else it pratically crashes all the damn time.

It's a work in progress. Updates will swing conflicts randomly, things will be broken and fixed, players will get angry and quit.. try to break the game within the reasonable terms of service. It's a game largely controlled by players, at this stage of development.

my friend told me to install this game, and wow did i not enjoy it, the ui is just so confusing, and i didnt know what happened half the time, and i dont even like these type of games, but judging from my friend's gameplay, he enjoys it very much, so i assume this is a good game :)

It's a good game for those that like games like TGLG. However the dev released updates that took any enjoyment out of the game. Before the updates there was always a healthy conflict or military buildup in some part of the world. Now there are no conflicts due to the economy now. Driving around is pointless as there is no point to strategically build up your area. Shame as I put a lot of time in this game...

Decent game! Would like to see strongholds added to the game! Give alliances something to battle over other than each other, but over all...great game!! Dev has really gone above an beyond and has provided constant fresh content to the game!

I don't know what people think about this game ..for me it's one of my favourite game. Devs are working constantly to improve this game and they are very responsive which I like the most..Thanks for bringing this game back to life...👍

Great game, lots of action. Work on progress so there are bugs and roll backs etc. but still a great time as games go
