This was fantastic when we put our lights in but during one of the updates something changed and now our lights won't turn on or off at the scheduled time unless a phone is within 5 feet of them... which really defeats the purpose of having houselights on a timer at all. Used to be just the wifi but for some reason now it wants Bluetooth connections present to work as well

The app is not communicating with the string lights. The lights are on, but on the app their "offline." Tried to reconnect them, and they reconnected for 2 secs. I've had these lights for 3 yrs now, and this issue started about 2 months ago. I can't seem to fix the issue. I've disconnected the lights, reinstalled the app, moved my router, gone on airplane mode to use just wifi, and I continue to have this issue. I can't change the colors of the lights!! That's all I want to do. :(

What a nightmare ....all I wanted to do is put a light on and turn it on .....not have to install an app and not be able to get a code have to call customer support just to put a light in front of my house. Now I understand why it was on clearance.... It's totally useless if you do not download the app a greater user agreement give them all your privacy and let them look into your Wi-Fi you cannot just turn the thing on and off with a switch returning it

I have one set of string Lights that refuses to reconnect after loosing power. Have to go through the initial setup of adding that set all over again every time, because it's a part of a larger group of others. Very obnoxious. . All devices have static IPs. Would be very cool, if not for this inconvenience.

edit: After some deleting and redoing things I was finally able to use the app again. BUYER BEWARE!!!! App just logged me out and now I can't log in. The button to push after you put in your info doesn't work and there is no support option through the app. Even if I try the sign up part that button doesn't work. Spent all that money for multiple strands of lights and can't even use them.

Glitchy garbage! We bought one strand of atomi smart lights from Costco. If you choose the white light setting in the app, half of them (or any random chunk of them) will be on a different setting... like the color setting or a scene setting. Or, they'll all be on fade setting and suddenly some or all of them will start strobing/glitching without anyone touching the app. We've unplugged the lights, uninstalled and reinstalled the app... still garbage! So frustrating!

The lights work fine. I don't understand why they keep turning themselves on around dusk every day. I haven't touched the app or the lights. I also checked to see if they were somehow scheduled to do this, and the app says I don't have anything set up. It's very frustrating because I don't want them on when I don't want them on. Does not work properly with my window ac unit. On/off button never changes, when away from home I can't tell if my ac is on or off. No temperature scenarios work either. UPDATE 4/25/20. Almost a year later not any better. Still wrong weather info. UI in pictures looks nothing like it. Seems like no effort to improve. I definitely won't be any other products from them.
