Edit: Works amazing now! Can't fault it! Absolute joke of an app. I pay for Premium to listen to Absolute Radio, never had an issue with the Absolute Radio app, but they kept saying to install Rayo, so I did. Now I constantly hear ads, when it will actually play music. Even though I still pay for Premium and it's impossible to get any help with anything, everything is run by a bot. Now when I go into the app it tells me I'm not connected to the internet, which I know I am. Absolutely awful app.

Works fine but is very limited on car play. Needs a Favourites page. And the ability to change channels using the steering wheel controls. Currently you have to take your hands off the wheel and scroll through multiple pages to find stations. Not the safest way to do things and let's face it most people listen to the radio while driving so safety should be a priority. I'll be cancelling my premium and going back to Radio player until this is added.

I started my Premium trial a few days ago and so far it's been a nightmare! Sometimes the app shows that I have Premium and sometimes it doesn't, and even when it does I'm still getting adverts! I've sent an email asking for help but I'm not holding my breath. Update#1: I've had a response to my email and am waiting to see if they can resolve my issues. Update#2: Three days later and no further help has been offered. There is clearly no adequate support for Premium subscribers.

Partially broken app – frequently crashes/closes when the screen is off, even though the app's 'Battery usage' is set to 'Unrestricted', as recommended by yourselves. Particularly frustrating as I regularly use my Bluetooth speaker, being physically away from my mobile, but in range, for example, in another room. If this is an inconvenience for me, I can only imagine the inconvenience it may cause to someone with a disability. Up-to-date app and OS, Sony Xperia 1 III, Android 13, Rayo V2.2.1.

Seems to be missing a lot of the premium stations. My planet rock app shows over ten stations. Rayo app only shows a couple when I search. Similarly when I search greatest hits, it only shows a few stations compared to the greatest hits app. Also, premium stations like absolute radio forgtotten 80s, absolute summer etc can't seem to be added to the favourites yet. Edit: getting better. More stations can be added to favorites. Just missing ability to cast.

Sorry if I'm repeating others, I haven't read many reviews. I'm a premium member who only really listens to Greatest Hits Radio (glasgow & the West). Since moving to Rayo from the old app, the station often glitches, plays two stations over one another at the same time, and I can no longer skip songs. You could enter the competitions on the old app also which is either gone I or can't find it. My biggest bug bear which has carried on from the old app is the national news. You get local on DAB.

Garbage! You're pushing this app every few minutes, multiple times all through the day on Absolute Radio. I don't care if this was the best radio app in the world (it isn't even a patch on BBC Sounds) - but the amount this app is being pushed is beyond belief! I have never ever heard an app (or any other advert) being repeated SO many times. If your app is really that good, people will download it - tell others. They then download it. Thats how it works. Not the drumming in tactics you're using

Really disappointing. Not user friendly, tricky to find each individual station and all of its playlist options. Frequently skips songs in the middle of playing them, switches randomly between stations eg absolute 80s and classic, when listening to the main station, goes silent then starts a song that does not appear to be on any live playlist. No option to skip tracks via the app (actively advertising on the radio stations to use the Rayo app) - kinda the point of paying for premium!
