Was good but has now stopped working and I can't login while overseas. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix the problem. OPPO Reno8 lite. Edit - I've found that this is because the app needs access to the SMS part of the phone and just loops on the login page if in airplane mode, despite having wifi turned on. Bit of a design flaw in the app given that you can get the MFA code via email.

Don't trust this absolute rubbish service! I'm with Belong at the moment and trying to transfer my number to another provider but Belong won't allow the porting message to sent for the number transfer. I've been using my number over 10years, their so called "specialist team" said they'll fix it within 7 business days, yet didn't even send an email. Once you transfer your existing number to Belong, they won't allow you to keep your num ber with a different provider later on!

Just updated & won't open keeps saying app keeps closing! Can't reupdate is it safe to uninstall reinstall without losing my accrued data benefits?

Horrible product, telstra network but never more then 2 bars, 2010 level phone connection of that. I'm trying to type this review on it and it's taken 2 minutes to load.

Update: the app is now actually reasonably functional, with standard load times! 1 star off because the fix took 3 years. Incredibly slow access, always. I'm honestly surprised when i load it up to check my quota and it shows me the figures in a reasonable amount of time. Amazing that it's been like this for years, affecting so many users (look at the app rating!). The only reason I'm giving two stars is that the Belong website is just as slow, so it may not be the 'fault' of the app

App worked just fine before you got rid of the main screen showing the little circle with how much data you had left and how many days remaining. Belong is fantastic value and service (can't believe I've been letting Telstra rip me off all these years - although I believe you're a subsidiary which makes zero sense, but I don't care haha, I get the same signal). Please bring back that little graphic on the home screen, I don't want to have to click into the management settings to see my data!

In a word, adequate. The Belong app lets me check my balance, invoices, manage my data gifting and change my plan. Unfortunately there's a lot to be desired. The app loads slowly. The UI is clunky and outdated. Login never saves properly, must enter account details every time. New fingerprint login is very slow and goes through multiple stages of popup windows before finally working. App often freezes, needing to be restarted to work again.

Honestly the absolute worst app, it is just soooo slow, no matter my connection type and then when it does eventually load it doesn't display the information very well, the circle graph display is nice for comparison of days left to data sure but there needs to be an actual number for days left, could definitely do with a data usage page, detailing the data used per day, even if just for the last week. It's clunky, slow and almost unusable, the Woolworths mobile app is much better and a good example of positive execution. This coupled with no actual voicemail has only left me thinking of finding a new provider, definitely not something I expected from a Telstra owned company, that's for sure.
