Unreliable. Most of the time I go to use it I find myself logged out. Why? Logging in puts me in a loop 50% of the time and just asks me to login repeatedly instead of just doing it. Why? A lot of the time the app hangs on a screen showing a BT logo or just shows me 3 bouncing dots. Why? It has its own phone book that doesn't sync with the contacts app so changes have to be made in two places. Why? For a dedicated telecomms company, they sure are bad at making phone apps. Why?

Reliability is a big issue. The need to log in again and again when you least expect it is REALLY tiresome, especially as the log in process itself is so unreliable; often I have to navigate the random laberinthine log in process over and over again to actually manage to log in. You really need to work on making this app more stable and reliable. Also answering incoming calls is awkward as it doesn't automatically navigate the mobile phone login screen; presenting yet another obstacle.

We signed up for this service to have a separate business number on our mobile. App never stays logged in, numerous calls missed and when we do receive a call the app is logged out. By the time we logged in calls dropped. Useless app and service. We have a complaint in now and trying to get out of contract with no charge but even that becoming a nightmare.

UPDATE on previous review. ITS USLESS. used to work semy ok but now ive not had 1 single incoming call work properly. it rings i answer silence. person at the other ends hears nothing. ive silenced the app untill someone tells ne its fixed cant rely on the app side of things . no bloody use when you are trying to run a business. seriously looking to port number to another provider and get sat broadband awfull since i went digital.

keeps logging you out and most of the times you answer a call and you can't or if it dose you can hear the other person. You have have your phone unlocked to occasionally get the app to work.

if I knew how bad this service was I would never bought it. The customer can't hear me when I pick up. I need to log in TWICE every time I enter the app and the lag on the phone is awful. Facebook and WhatsApp got this technology down 10 years ago!

I have to login twice every day. sometimes more than that. also sometimes it rings and doesn't stop ringing unless I force close. could really do with some tlc as it's barely usable.

Bt business I have been with 12 years and this year I'm leaving terrible service off the app to the point it's unusable. Missing call after call and crashes most of the time.
