Terrible app and WiFi. I've had it for about 4 hours now. It worked great at first. Now nothing loads. The app is terrible. Doesn't show any of the devices connected, error message when testing the speed, and it crashes every time. I had faster Internet when I had the MetroPCS box, and that thing was ghetto. Plus it was cheaper. I was skeptical at first with this but now I'm positive it's terrible, overpriced Internet.

If the app didn't even work, I'd give it two stars for it's potential, but where the app does not work AND it's the only way to manage your WiFi with Quantum Fiber I cannot overstate the uselessness of this program. Your only hope to have any control over your WiFi (even to just rename/change it's password) is to invest $$ in a 3rd party router. I wish I had anything positive to offer, but I can't give what I don't have.

I'm actually shocked, the app was horrible and completely unusable before, but this latest update seems to have fixed all the issues I had with it. Namely the app crashing, 2 min login time, and complete inability to manage the network SSID or devices have vanished, and we're left with a perfectly functional and usable app! I'll update my review if it stops working again, but for now it seems to work flawlessly! Thank you for fixing your app Quantum fiber!

The 360 wifi app was literally perfect. I loved how much I was able to do through the app. This one i havent been impressed with, it gives very few options for the devices connected. On the 360 wifi app you could name devices and it would show whos home, how much data people were using. You could connect and disconnect devices. You had so much control with the 360 wifi app. So this review isnt as much of a i hate this app but im very mad they took away the old app, with no warning too

Why does this exist? The 360 Wifi app worked fine. Edit: 3 weeks later it's still completely broken. It won't even let me sign into the app any more, tells me my password is wrong even though I can sign into my account on the website on my PC no problem. I really liked Quantum Fiber until this BS, what an absolute joke. Whoever is responsible for this needs to lose their job . Bring back 360 WiFi!

Give this app negative Stars if that were possible! Installed new app at the end of August and still going through issues,! Update yesterday now shows 0 devices connected again and all of them are now showing wired. This needs to get fixed or go back to the 360 Wi-Fi app until all these bugs that should not be happening are straightened around!!!!! New rollouts are expected to have some bugs, but this is ridiculous!

10/25: no changes/no improvements. 10/13: No changes/no improvements. 9/30: Still can't rename devices. Still can't create guest network. Welcome image upon login is a joke and illustrates just how bad Quantum's quality control is. Would be funny if it wasn't real. Early September update: no improvement. Still can't manage network or devices. Step backwards. 1ST REVIEW: The app needs significant work. Can't name devices, can't control anything about the wifi network.

This app doesn't work. My apartment came with Quantum equipment and I STILL spent an hour on hold and I still have to wait on a technician. What's the point of this nonsense if it's just adding more steps? Billing works just fine. They'll take your money right away. Edit: I finally got it working after three technician visits. If I had known it would be this much trouble I would have trued a different provider.
