I am a new user, so I'm still learning. The worst thing so far is that it gave me the wrong addresses for my last two clients. It may be that the reception is spotty in this area, I'm not sure. But the wrong addresses caused me to be late and it was very stressful. I am never late. Now I know to clock in via phone if the app won't clock me in. This takes the stress out of clocking in. But the GPS still needs work. I can see how this is a very handy app if all goes well. Thank you.

Pretty good app. It could be better. Not being able to see your collective hours in one place is one of the problems. It gets glitchy when scrolling through days so you can add your hours up. Glitchy as in, it jumps to a different day while you're scrolling. Another small problem is GPS. Meters to destination aren't always right. Meaning I cannot clock in through the app with a few clients.

Slow, it will crash at multiple points, and sometimes, after logging in, it will only show a blank screen. Performance wise, it could use a but of work. Otherwise, it navigates well, the features of the calendar are nice, and many. There are some issues (not sure if it's on my end or not) with the fingerprint not reading. In the end, it does well and gets the job done.

Personally, I think the app could do with having the ability to edit your general comment before you clock out at the end of your shift. The app just looks kinda clunky. For a general comment/shift notes, it'd be beneficial to edit it rather than add continuous comments. It does what it's supposed to do, sure. Clock you in and out, but it could do with some cleaning up, smoothing. Simple options when you have a task not completed, such as no time, not needed, option to input your own comment.

The app is alright. It doesn't allow my notes to be seen by my managers, so I use email for that option. It oftentimes doesn't recognize my password. It would be helpful to have a 'View password' option that can be used temporarily to be sure it's being entered correctly. It glitches a lot. Sometimes, it lets me clock in. Other times, I have to try 3 or 4 times, making me late.

Update: app often freezes and "authenticating" forever. I clear cache and update, makes no difference. I have to repeatedly try, close and try again, causing it to look like I clock in late, or almost, I am always early so a bad app is bad for my company. Can't edit comments if I have a type o, and it can stall, shut down if you comment more than a few words at a time. Also you'll notice fake reviews in chunks with no explaination, several a few days ago, that is FRAUD!!

Too often, this app takes very long to "authenticate". It causes a delay in clocking in, and once a response has been entered on a task, the only way to advance is to press the "x", which can give a sense of deleting the entered response, before it advances to the next item.

I like the app but it would be helpful if there was a way to clock out or in, in the community , so if you are out shopping for or taking to dr. Appt with client and you need to clock out you can. Since some clients have precise time allowances which don't always fit into the assigned time. And I think you should be able to clock in early if need be.
