App. is not getting updated. It is noted that my phone is not compatible/supportive with this App (My Files). What is the wrong compatibility of this device. Developer may please look into it.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I recently encountered an issue with the my files app on my device. The app now states that it is no longer compatible with my device, and I am unable to use it. It does also effecting the performance of other applications. Here are the details of my device: Device Model: OPPO A74 5G (CPH2263) Operating System: ColorOS 13 Could you please provide more information on why this compatibility issue has arisen. Thank you

⚠️⚠️WARNING: DON'T UPDATE🚨🚨 The new update of My files app for Realme narzo 30 pro 5g (Realme UI3) is not very good. After opening any media/file etc in some folder of My Files app, it automatically refreshes and moves to top and you have to scroll down again. It's very annoying. Please fix this issue. All other things are good. Thanks

In My Files the first page has: "Device storage" and an indicator of storage. It does NOT look like a button. It looks like a heading and info. But it is the main entry to the Folders!!! You must be losing a lot of users because of this bad display layout!!!

Whenever I open this app nowadays, the phone freezes. It's happening more than 50% of the times. It never freezes while doing anything else but only when I open this app.

Not open in my new Vivo V40 Pro. Very disappointed as it is a default file manager and not open. I uninstalled it download Xiaomis file manager. It works very good also looks very good than it

Remove ads Samsung file manager is better

The worst file manager I've ever seen, When I updated this app, Even though it's a system application but it keeps showing ads in the ui, I had to uninstall the update in order to fix this, What a shameful work done by OPPO, it definitely decreases the user experience. Please remove ads from the ui, I can't update this app. Lastly it's not the case for this app only same applies to the Music app also.
