The app is fine, but why even put a Do Not Disturb feature on an app if it doesn't work at all? This is the single most frustrating thing about using this app, it just tells you that DND Management is not available at this time. It's been almost 6 months since I've had to use this app and I get that message every time. Just make it so it stops sending notifications to your phone! I don't want to open my browser or mess with notification settings when I get off work.

Horrible. DO NOT GET THIS APP. Half the time, it doesn't work, fails on sending & receiving texts, sometimes even calls. I've had it. They couldn't even do their paperwork after they requested it from me, I gave them what they wanted, and they just kept asking for it repeatedly. I've been attempting to switch over to another company and port my number over, and they have screwed around for going on 2 months now. Even rejected the 1st ticket. Wayyyy overpriced for this amount of hassle.

The latest update has left the app not able to be opened on my phone. Yesterday I was able to text the number and go in though the notifications... Today I can't open the app, nor open it though the notifications, because the notifications aren't even showing up on my phone! I used this for my job, and it's hindering my work.

Good concept but price point should be $5.99 a month with limits for power users. I use Burner which is great for me so I can access otp out of the country as well as text message marketing. Everything this app can do I can do with zapier and Twilio so the expensive price point to me is my only gripe. The pros- not a lot of bugs in the app- plenty of useful features, easy sign up flow, loads contacts from device best of all no annoying ads during trial.

The app is nice when actually using it but twice now it stops delivering notifications at random and reinstalling does not fix it. And yes, I have notifications allowed for the app. But this is a very significant issue as timely responses are very important for work and I have to open the app to even see I've been messaged.

I downloaded the app for the first time and it keeps asking me to sign in but won't let me sign up...

App doesn't work on my S23 Ultra. Keeps asking for phone verification and there isn't a phone number associated with it.

Excellent system...but if you are an android user you can't open half the messages...apple users can open all messages but not so much with android. Also just upgraded to S10+ and cannot get any notifications. 5* system 2* app if you are an android user. (Also 5* app if you are an apple user)
