School Management Software or School ERP Software is the term used nowadays to denote all the services provided to administer the school seamlessly which includes academics, finance, administration including HR and Payroll,l and integrated mobile apps for parents, students, teachers, and management on both iOS and android platforms.

Nascorp School Management Software provides separate modules for the above-mentioned areas so that all the personnel can be given access to their areas of work. Even while you are providing access you can still control each area by way of further rights to add, delete, modify, or view data. This way each person can be given unique rights in the software with the super admin having the rights to make changes or create newer user types.

All the students have similar rights, and all teachers have similar rights but incase of staff you can create rights like librarian, accountant, front office executive, admission counselor, and so on. That is why apps are also distinct in the case of students, teachers, and admin. With these three types of apps, you can create multiple apps with different features. The transport department has a different app that can be used by the vehicle incharge to take attendance while boarding and de-boarding. There is a separate app for Visitor Management provided to the Gate Incharge wherein you can add new visitors with their photographs, aadhar card details, and their purpose of visit. The visitor can make a prior appointment by way of the app if he is a parent else his visit can be intimated to the concerned person who can approve his visit so that he is allowed to enter the school. The visitor app also helps identify parents or guardians when they come to fetch their wards by way of their photographs already saved in the school database. In case an unregistered visitor wants to fetch the student then the Gate incharge sends an auto-generated sms to the parent which the unregistered visitor then provides to the incharge. It is then verified by the app upon inputting.

Similarly, the teachers can do most of their data entry, communication, and other important tasks through the teacher app without the need for a portal. Mark entry, daily communication, class broadcasts, remarks, homework assignments, etc can all be managed through the app. In the case of coordinators, they can see all the classes they are co-ordinating as the app assigns them the class teacher rights so that they act as CTs for multiple classes.
The app for parents and students is common through which all the activities of the child can be tracked be it communication, report card generation, fee payment, viewing attendance, remarks, and a host of other activities. The app also allows the student to apply for various services like holidays or change of transport. He/she can see the school calendar, and timetable, download assignments, view announcements and circulars, and generally be aware of the happenings at school.

The management is kept aware of all the things in school by way of the school management app. The daily collection, the collection for a period, daily attendance of students and staff, pending fees classwise, student-wise, TC issued, birthdays of students and staff, library books in circulation, admission updates, and any new module added in the ERP is available to the management. However, the management can at any time remove unwanted links which they are not interested in seeing. But overall the Management app helps the management keep a sharp eye on the activities in the school.
