There is a most annoying problem that needs to be solved: if the location is not accessible by the app, then one is blocked by a popup window that tells you to enable the location and one has no choice but to press it otherwise the app cannot be used. That is ridiculous. It then redirects you to the settings for location & every time you open the app one should do all this process and decline the location to finally get into the app. 2star for not solving it in the last update

The app is stuck on selecting the customer type, you cannot charge because of this. You can't pass the screen as you get "something went wrong" no matter what you do. We had a working Enelx app, now you cannot charge

When I'm trying to charge my car, a pop up message notifies me that my email has not been verified. But I was never asked to do so... UPDATE: A swift response from customer support solved my issue.

Despite the upgrade this is a shambles of an app to use. Like so many Greek e-products and apps, perhaps it will work, perhaps it won't. Customer service is non-existent and half the plugs at the airport in Athens don't work. But they only tell you about ten minutes after you've plugged in and left. Frustrating, annoying and simply a waste of time.

Horrible. If you travel to Greece, the app turns to greek version and once you are back to Romania stays the same...you cant acces packages, you cant top up in local currency. Called them 1 week ago and problem still not solved!!!

In total of 6 tries to charge my car, in the last 2 weeks, I succeeded it only twice. The charging experience was really bad. Customer service was very polite and tried to help me but it was really impossible. The UI-UX of the app doesn't help the user to proceed smoothly with the charging. Miscellaneous errors pop-up in the screen of the charger. It's urgent to make the app user friendly Until then I will not visit again DEI Blue stations

The app is subpar. You reach a charger but it does not understand which charger you are at. You either look at the map and it it's not clear what blue green and grey signifies or you scan the barcode but I does not work all the time. The map may show that it's working but it may not scan the barcode. You start charging by swiping ( try doing that while raining or snowing ). And then whilst charging you have to figure out where it actually shows that you are charging.very bad UI

I can't go past the select customer hype screen, fiul all data and got 'something went wrong try later'
