The app is almost good for a retailer application for dito load but may i suggest for a biometric login for easy access on the app and please remove the ads on home screen after the pin unlock its so annoying

Hello I have a problem for requesting for my load wallet for the last week, I send three times request order number and try to call my agent in our area in region 6. And they never reply and send load for my load wallet. Please help me for this problem.

1 star na kasi I was expecting na for storing lang yung sim purchase feature nya di sya gaya sa kapartner app ni smart whether na available pa ba o na sold na so to me pointless yung customer sim purchase and also you cannot request E-Load from other sub/distributor or add another channel/shop on the Request E-Load, I can only request on the one that I partnered with.. which is quite disappointing..

this was a big help for me, for financing my studies, because my parents is no longer financing it. And when data 10gb was gone my hope to continue my study is lost😭 because this was my only source of income. Because I need 100 pesos per day for fare. I hope Dito you will bring back the Todo Data 10gb. I'm a retailer by the way. All you need to do is bring back TODO DATA 10 and you'll be swimming in the 5 star reviews again. It's fine if you do some sort of compromise like reducing it to only 7gbs or making it 20 pesos instead. Just bring it back because it's better than nothing, especially in this climate where internet usage is getting higher and higher. For gamers, 10gb is nothing. Downloading DOTA 2 literally would need you to load 4 seperate times to download. So, either bring it back, or just rot in 1 stars.

There are instances the app juz keeps coonecting then says internet is abnormal and becoz of that u can't use it to load ur customer number..lagi naman nagluluko tong app nyo pakiaayos naman!!!
