Относно приложението Voter HelplineПродължавайки непрекъснатите си усилия за изграждане на активно демократично гражданство в страната, Избирателната комисия на Индия предприе нова инициатива, като създаде мобилно приложение за развитие на култура на страстен изборен ангажимент и вземане на информирани и етични решения за гласуване сред гражданите на страната. . Приложението има за цел да осигури единна точка за обслужване и доставка на информация на избирателите в цялата страна. Приложението предоставя следните удобства на индийските избиратели:
A. Избирателно търсене (#GoVerify вашето име в избирателния списък)
B. Подаване на онлайн формуляри за регистрация на нови избиратели, преминаване към a
различен избирателен район, гласоподаватели в чужбина, заличаване или възражение в изборите
ролка, корекция на записи и транспониране в рамките на събранието.
C. Регистрирайте жалби, свързани с изборните услуги, и проследявайте изхвърлянето им
състояние
D. Често задавани въпроси относно избирателите, изборите, EVM и резултатите

Very bad app... I'm feeling shame that such apps from proper gov authority. There are many bugs and glitches . 1) everytime when you closed the app and then no matter whenever you open the app you need login ever single time which is very annoying. 2) I applied for the voter id and nothing happening not even a single process is been done by your side. 3) there are several other glitches and bugs fix them or give our Tax money back if government can't even develope a single app properly

This app is not useful for voters BLO not view the application and solve our problems. I apply for new voter card because my old voter card is damaged and letters get blur but 1 month is done and BLO not seen my application and doesn't take any action. And the worst thing of this app we have to login again and again when we have to check status of applications.

App is stop working while checking or downloading e-epic. Govt should make app bug free after lots of issue told by many users on playstore. This kind of bugs and problems shows still govt has slow & poor work style and this kind of errors again and again defame to digital india.

Needs improvement. All the features should be more upfront and sleek. What are people going to use this app for most? That's voter card correction. That feature should be visible clearly and anyone should be able to access it. At one point I thought this app didn't have that feature until I found the form. Please make it more upfront if you are having that feature. Having said that, I received my updated card in 2 months. Theres no tracking available of course. Anyways I'm giving 3 fr work done

I have been using this app for a while but it never solves the issue of scrolling. Every time I want to scroll and view below details it's doesn't scroll to show that, it not even showing all home screen options and polling station details properly that's the main issue in the app right now. Please ask your developers to fix this issue of scrolling.

Most hopeless app I have ever used so far. You do anything, the status shows pending. I want to rectify my name for the past decade, and have now given up. This app is a showpiece. I keep filling the correction form with requisite details and proper attachments of Aadhaar Card, but the lousy app and its services are unparalleled.

I am trying to sign up but the app is saying i am already a registered user but i dont remember to sign up. When i tried to select forgot password and trying to set up my password its rejecting my request saying "no user active found" which if i understand correctly is completely contradicting earlier response from the app. As I am neither able to sign up nor able to change/update my password, I am completely unable to use the app. Please help me.

It's going to be a month since the last time I faced 'log in problem'- "server error- retry"-on the app, but the problem hasn't been fixed by the developer concerned yet. And the main problem with the ECI is that its official website is not working either. It doesn't even open. I am unable to apply for Voter ID Card and track status of other card. It seems that they are asleep. Very bad experience 😥
