Pure garbage. This app does not work AT ALL. Installed it, open to book a ride and none of the input fields work to put in pickup or drop off addresses. Literally impossible to schedule anything using this app.

When it works great. Hasn't worked in days. June 21, Wednesday, tried to book pu & return app and stated I was in Guyana. Tried again per usual app not working. Why can other state's Hampton Va being 1 their app works. I disappointed in mobility by Ecolane. Monday, December 11th, 2023, how is it ada paratransit Ddot is still subjecting us to this insufficient app. September Tuesday,17th,why does Ddot continue to use this incompetent app ? Jan 9th,2025 @ 2:30 pm I booked a trip on the app.

Terrible app. Used to be great. Then they "Improved it". Zero stars if I could. Update: 5 June. Even worse now. Crashes when I open the map, and now has random crashes when app is opened. Was already having problems, as it wasn't showing ride on the map. Now when I attempt to pull the map up, the entire app crashes. Every time.

Update: as of 7/2024 the app is working again and I am grateful to have it. A way to contact the driver would make it 5 stars but otherwise it is everything I need. Thank you for fixing it. ----- Old review: The most recent update broke the field where you submit your pick up address and it's no longer possible to book rides. Edit. It's been months and this has not been fixed.

For the most part, I like the app. Like others I have had problems with the timing and drivers not showing up. The one thing that needs immediate attention is the ability to know who our reservations are submitted to. I have a personal preference as to who I'll ride with. The problem is, I can't confirm that they are the ones that my trips have been assigned to without calling Intelleride. If I have to call them anyway, I could just schedule my trips on the phone instead of the app.

I love the concept. Unfortunately the app is difficult to use. When I first began using the app it was wonderful. Knowing your ride is on it's was is very helpful. Also knowing the ETA and your ride has arrived is priceless. (at the mall waiting in bad weather) Now my problems are error message of not connect to internet. Sometimes I can actually book a trip but in the event I need to cancel app will not allow me to.

It's a great concept but the app is difficult and frustrating to use. When i open up the app to try and schedule a new trip, it automatically opens to "upcoming trips". Instead of giving me the option to schedule a new trip, it will just sit there on a blank screen with no upcoming trips. Love the service but hate the app

I've had several problems with this app and service. Everything from drivers being very late making me almost an hour late for my appointment to no one returning to pick me up. I've been stranded on more than one occasion even though I have clearly booked a return trip home. It is very difficult to get through to anyone at the number provided in the app. It takes more then 30 minutes even with the 'problem with today's trip' option. Frustrating, especially while stuck at the doctor.
