Up until about 1½ months ago, this was a good APP. I would watch it on my 75" Samsung by downloading the app directly to the TV, played with no problem. NOW it plays previews with no issue, but the title thay I pick never plays. It just sits there and goes through the 6 seconds of MGM+ welcome screen on a continous loop. So now I can only watch from my phone and then cast it to the TV which is a huge inconvenience and the quality is horrible. Not changing my rating until that is fixed.

I love the show From and been watching it alot, however this is the worst streaming app I have ever used. You have to cast it from your phone which isn't a big deal. However most of the time I launch the app it does not show the casting button until I restart the app multiple times then it magically shows up. I love the show From but I am close to cancelling this subscription due to not being able to use it. Why doesn't the cast button come up when I launch the app?

I would give MGM 5 star because I love the show/movie collection. It's definitely one of a kind of shows like "FROM" that I can only watch here. However, the app itself needs help desperately. Very few standard features. You can not get a pop-up view to work properly (on my Samsung s23 that's fully up to date & loaded), and there is no option to add another viewing profile. Much less is there an option to add more devices to the plan. Constant app crashes, hard to finish an episode without it.

First and foremost, be aware that MGM+ subscriptions are DELIBERATELY difficult to change or cancel! I think their game is that people will just give up and keep the subscrition. It seems to have a major bug. When the Android app is started, the startup splash screen (lion roar) is shown then stops on the "MGM+" logo. No actionable buttons or tabs. I uninstalled this insufferable app.

Who wants to watch a movie 5 seconds at a time because u will not watch anything w/out a ton of BUFFERNG!!If u pip it then decide to maximize the screen again, the movie begins all over again. If u download something the app will require u to play it with data or wifi THEN itll BUFFER! And downloading is the only way i can watch anything MAYBE, its hit or miss, and that is not an exaggeration horribly enough.

First, they send me a code for half-off a six month subscription that I reluctantly accept, only for the code to not work without me having to investigate a bit and remove some extra periods that it inserted for some reason. Then I go to sign into the app, which does not allow me to sign in using the Google credentials with which I signed up. What a garbage experience.

Thank God this was a free trial, that came with my new FireTV, because I would have demanded a refund if I'd paid for it. We tried to watch one single movie, Snack Shack, and throughout the entire movie it would keep freezing up and then acting like it was trying to connect. I couldn't tell you how many times we backed out of the app, just to go back in and continue watching it for 5 or 10 more minutes, before it would mess up again. We waited a couple days and tried again, and it was the same.

Horrible UI. It is a nightmare to find my TV provider in my phone and I was able to do that before. I am thinking cancelling the service because of this. It would be greater to have an easier to use user interface that doesn't need instructions. I decided to cancel the service since there were no improvements.
