Everything is fine but the payment feature. It sucks. You have NO CLUE if the payment is going through or went through. You really need to put a payment pending on it when you press the authorization button. Plus, this does not give you any conformation codes. Other than that, it's fine, I like how it shows your daily usage and what not. But I will just continue to pay over the phone or by other means because I don't need a payment oopsie again due to being in the dark.

The app itself seems to be set up simply and is easy to use. However, I do have concerns about the password policy. On first login with a new account you are not prompted to change the password from what the electric company has given you. There also doesn't seem to be any option within the app itself to change the password. You have to login to the website instead to be prompted to change it or manually change it. I'm concerned that with such weak password policies data could be easily stolen.

The app is handy to keep track of the usage of your utilities. It could be simplified a little more for others to understand the usage and rates better. Also there was times I used less power and was charged more then I used. Also at random times money would disappear and then reappear later down the road.

Nothing about this app makes sense to me. It appears to be simple but its not...its LITERALLY A BUNCH OF NUMBERS with ZERO EXPLANATION. I can't figure it out. And I don't understand why I need to put my account number in and key token? to make a payment when it's already signed into my account. I really think a user friendly update is in order.

Good app to use for utilities and an easy access but the time it takes to actually be processed and taken out of your account is way too long and they need to fix where the last card used is changed on everyone's app instead of just the person's phone who paid it last.

Updated the app and it still will no longer let me make a payment through the app. I get redirected to the website which is quite annoying. It use to be simple to make a payment before.

Update: finally heard back about my application. told prepaid is a yr long MANDATORY program. As someone who recently moved to ocala and started everything online. I did not know this. So now I'm stuck paying more. feels like they give this option to appear to be helpful but really are banking on low income situations. The lady today was helpful tho. And very nice. She was the only one who called. After applying 5+times. With no response. At all. THIS Needs some change. To say the least.

9/03/2024 Constantly being signed out of account 😡 still no updates for app at all!!! Tampering with data information also paying way too much for prepaid light service feel over $300 and supposed to be saving on my way, no savings at all!!! I stay in a one-bedroom apartment small for one person my light bill is over $300 I'm never home work majority of the day highway robbery my way JEA do better
