So far, not feeling it. Can't edit my info, can't even install the updates/bug fixes. Trying to hang in there, because it's Black-owned... You need some high-level geeks on your team. Requiring people to edit their account on the app, and then the app doesn't work...how about including the option of working from your PC? I just created 2 accounts, and they're both dead in the water, bcuz the update button doesn't even work.

Problem with creating an account. The app won't go past the sign up phase. After providing my sign up info and all checked green I pressed "sign up" and nothing happened. ~ After repeated tries discovered that I have to press the space just above the sign in option that is at the bottom right of the sign up button. That really needs fixing. The app really pushes for access to contacts and gave me a very bad impression. Scrolling inside some profiles is a bit buggy but otherwise the app is okay.

This app DESPERATELY needs to listen to users and fast before it gone forever. Accessibility! When a vid is mostly white, there's no change to the white colored caption, like counter etc so you cannot see them. The UI looks so old and clunky and is confusing to navigate. Streamline everything- less is more especially when you're a new app. Fanbase needs FOCUS. Also the TikTok content migration tool just doesn't work. 🙏🏾

So far I haven't been able to even sign up because it won't allow me to click the button to accept Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy. Clicking the box only opens T's & C's in a webpage with no clickable links. EDIT: I've got to give props to the Product and Customer Support teams! They responded super quick and got my issue resolved. Happy user AND investor!

Just started using the app. However, even though there is supposed to be sound my video is not playing sound. I am unable to load anything other than a photo anywhere other than the flickz and again is stated above. It does not have sound. It does not balance the screen correctly. My screen shows only in the middle, not the sides we're usually I am located. You're supposed to generate money for lights and subscribers yet I am not getting credit and nobody is responding. Please help.

I wanted to like this app but it is too glitchy. I would post a video and someone else's face would show up on the top left with their view count and likes. I posted over 30 videos and had 2 views total. It's a little too convoluted with all the choices. For example: you can post Instagram style, YouTube style and TikTok style but they all won't show up in the same place or feed. There are shape and time restrictions depending on the style you are posting. The feed seems redundant and specific.

Good app just need some updates, the main thing is all my videos that I have edited and combined clips to make a complete highlight video, they will not show up, i can only upload the original unedited videos, no matter what folder i put the completed videos in, this app will not pick them up for upload, and you can't edit in app, so please update this for a more user friendly experience.

Fanbase is a high-quality, next-generation, social media application that PAYS its users directly for their content! I love this app! It is the absolute best social media app on the market. The interfaces are simple and slick and everything is easy to figure out. As a musician, it is great to see an app that pays better rates than streaming services Spotify, Tidal, and YouTube Music.
