It used to work until the update (from Blue to DuoxMe). My fermax has the warning of low signal, but it was the same with the old version and was working. For some reason, it works okay with my girlfriend's phone. EDIT: "Concierge" mode was enabled on the main account. After disabling this option, it works again 😊

Does not work with Fermax Duox Plus Veo Wifi. "Sees" my 2.4GHz wireless network but then errors out with 900 without explanation. Update: firmware update resolved wifi problems. Super annoying that it rings on my bluetooth headset and phone speaker at same time in library. Also pressing volume down does NOT mute the call like normal calls. No way to mute an incoming call when you are in the meeting. Bad UX. Random errors if 2 users try to answer the same call from 2 different phones at once

Since it changed to DuoxMe, this app is nothing but trouble. I'm not the only one complaining here. I've had to reinstall it already several times. Video doesn't work, app signs me out, app is blank, can't sign in, can't create new account,... always something already all week. What if I were traveling? Solve your app problems!! I do not recommend this product at all.

I want to upgrade my plan. I go to the plan upgrade menu. I choose one of the plans. I press Continue. Nothing happens. It seems to try to send me to some other page but that page appears and disappears very fast and I remain in the same place. It's a bug in the app. Please fix it!

Dreadful! Was working ok before but since the most recent update, it doesn't recognise my WiFi plus I can no longer see who's at my door on my phone! I uninstalled & reinstalled it & still no luck! Removed my home now I can't add it back again!

I picked the free plan but now I want to upgrade to one of the paid plans. When I choose the plan from the app and I press Continue a "Loading" message appears and disappears quickly and I am left on the same page where I select the plan. I tried finding a web version of the app but there doesn't seem to be one. I also tried to install the app on a different phone and I get the same issue. How do I upgrade my plan?

Very very slow and regularly crashes. "Oops Something went wrong, try again later." doesn't help when someone is standing at the door!

Installed a new intercom system using Veo Wifi Monitors and this Blue Mobile Application. Yes, it's working but ... - the app starts ringing far too late - the app does not show an incoming call on the homescreen like Whatsapp, or a telephone call - the English manual is partly in Spanish - there are unclear error-messages like 'Error sending the Auto-on Command' and others without mention in the manual - opening the app is fast, but opening a camera is painfully slow. - it seems their server is in Spain and / or very slow which could explain the bad response in Singapore I sincerely hope an update will improve the situation, otherwise a lot of money wasted
