Currently the optin should be revised, every job pop up is so interrupted, when I am looking at the map for which road to go, and suddenly the job pop up, and I have to press at least three times( including accept button, chat cancel button, and navigate button)to look at the maps again...can plz improve this. Also, sometimes the ETA showing there is not true, a bad traffic there for additional 10 min, it shown on Google maps, but grab maps no... Otherwise, I am happy with this app.

Recently I realized the navigation map on driver app is lagging and slow. When driving along the route, the marking on the map was either showing different direction or it's lag, when I pass by the point where I need to turn, it still shows straight and I happened to miss the turn in time. I'm not sure what happen before that the map was so accurate but this 2 weeks it's not. I have to depend on either wave or Google map to be accurate. I believe other drivers should have experience it.

Every time I revisit my review, it just gets worse. If you know how to look, you can Read through the history. Everything that I've said in the past still applies today. I once had a pickup where the passenger booked a 4 seater when they needed a 13 seater. I helped them book the correct ride type and I could see that they were charged a $4 cancellation fee. But I was not credited the fee that they charged the passenger. They did pay me after I made noise. It's a smart way to make money

The navigation system (which doesn't allow 3rd party apps like Waze to work if you decide to move earlier) is buggy and doesn't work in landscape mode (not all car holders are portrait setups). The dangerous thing is when it guides halfway near the pickup time, it disappears and driver has to activate the app again halfway while driving, which is a DANGER and could cause probable accidents.

Disappointing Experience I've been using Grab for a while now, but my latest experience was subpar. The app's navigation system has become less intuitive after the recent update and I encountered glitches that delayed my pickups. The cancellation policy remains biased toward passengers, penalizing drivers for cancellations without considering circumstances. Better support for drivers would greatly enhance the overall experience. I hope Grab takes these concerns seriously and works to improve.

Great app, with native built-in navigator, and able to automatically add toll fees into the fare, so better than all other e-hailing Driver Apps in Malaysia. All other competitors do NOT have built-in Navigator. Also, they do NOT automatically add the toll charges. With other Apps, when the route passes through 2 or more toll plazas, it will be a pain to recall the toll fees upon reaching the destination. Hence Grab Driver app is far superior than all other e-hailing companies in Malaysia!

The navigation seems to be designed for those with high IQ and not for normal users as most times it's showing you the route 1 km away instead of the next route. It's slow to readjust it's location after pickup is done . At times goes unstable zooming in and out, and had to switch to Google maps. Message notification timing need to be review to show during arrival or pickup as it is always appearing at inappropriate time when about to make a turn and so forth blocking the route direction.

Real time traffic on route not helping, don't counted or included fare automatically whether got heavy traffic jammed, heavy raining or else on the road. Always made all drivers in difficulty feeling. Also maps showed is not accurate if compared with Waze or Google maps. The lacks is too big, roughly about 1km shortage.
