Upgraded my phone and when transferring everything over, I had to redownload some apps, this being one. The app does not allow me to enter my phone number, its like my phone number is blocked by the app or doesn't recognise it. I deleted the app, reinstalled and no joy. Deleted the account from my old phone to try to recreate a new one, still not recognising my phone number. The number I am entering is correct. Why will it not accept my phone number and can this be resolved??

These taxis are prompt & never let us down..Its a good idea to see which reg number and make of car, pick up our family..wud improove to see wat time and where/wen they drop person off at thier destination...plus wud be good to get a discount if use taxis on a regular basis, paying cash too, as not all of us can use on line email facilities and £2 reduction for using the taxi just 3 times max and on email via credit card is not an encouragement. This needs to be thought out better, please.

Everything made easy even over the phone, payments are able to be made and everything done effectively and efficiently the BEST TAXI SERVICE IN COVENTRY. NO DOUBT IN MY MIND. Easy to use however ever since the last update whenever I try and pre-book a taxi it changes the time to something completely different therefore making pre booking imposed

When tapping "indiviual" and putting in my phone number and continuing,it shows number up in red and won't go any further.

Easy to order and pay for a cab just make sure with driver before u leave that its showing as paid as friends have had previous problems
