This app is so full of glitches. First of all, searching for the centre does not really work. I tried by a postcode and by a city name. Didn't find anything. I had to scroll through the list to find it. Then I tried to book a slot. Tried to top up the account. Twice. Bank sent me a notification of the payment twice. Email from Fusiob arrived twice. Money shown in the "app": £0. So not only the website is rubbish but the app as well... such a disappointment!

Clunky, does not have all the Centre sessions available to book or much indo available. Also it always hangs after taking an on-line payment for a cashless top up.

The maim purpose of the app is meant to be to make bookings easier. However as a member I can only book racquet sports every 2 weeks without the app insisting I make payment. As a member I should be able to book 3 sessions a week but it simply does NOT allow this. Try calling a centre to book and that is also frustrating because they rarely answer the phone. Total rubbish.

This app is much better than the website! When joining online, I wasn't given a pin or membership number despite signing up for their online login, so had to go into the gym to get these, but that was the most arduous part of the process. Since being able to log in, I've been able to book classes no problem and it hasn't asked for payment like others have said. Far more user friendly than the fusion lifestyle website, as I can see all the classes on a day in one go!

This app is terrible. It doesn't sync with my gym membership card. Sometimes i can book classes for free, then loads of charges build up and i have to go in to the gym and ask the staff to clear the account. The app logs me out and then i can't log back in so I've had to reset my password several times. When it works, it's good but the amount of issues are not acceptable.

The app itself works OK but the problems arise In its ability to sync with the leisure centre's computers. I don't book classes any more unless they are high demand because of all the times I've had charges wrongly put on my account either for not attending a class when I was on the waiting list and didn't get a place, or when I've called ahead and canceled due to illness and sometimes for not attending a class I usually do but hadn't booked that week.

Logged out Having lots of problems with this app, it's logged me out and have no way of using it as it will not send me email link to change password

Would be it less if I could. With a family membership it requires my children to have an an account set up for themselves using an email. They are too young to have their own emails so had to use a shared email and I have to log out and log in as them to book them in for swimming I cannot manage it all from one account. Plus the app generally is soo poorly designed it's really unacceptable. There is also no way for you communicate via the app or ask questions about any of the activities.
