I have entered family members in setting, but during the process of booking/issuing tickets.... WHY SHOULD I RE-INPUT IT MANUALLY?? And I can't remove "me" as a passanger = can't book for others like (elderly) parents. Fix it please!

In today's world, undoubtedly the worst airline app. This airline app is just a joke no matter how many times you try to do anything. There's always system error message. Why bother having your apps..! 🤣😂🤣

As a international airline i believe this app does not reflect the passager experience well enough. For example, the app lacks currency choices for purchase decision. Sugggest to have few currency conversions choices instead of only Rupiah. Thanks.

The best application!! BookCabin is the best convenient and very easy to use anytime and anywhere. The hotel and the flight prices offered are quite varied and can be adjusted to suit your budget for your holiday. Customer service is very friendly and responsive. All the services like refund and re-schedule are available with in the app and very easy and fast to use.
