looking forward to using this app for my love giuk! 💞💞 i have already run into some problems unfortunately, and they take place when trying to edit my profile. for example, in order to get my birthday to show up correctly, i have to enter it one day late. my birthday is on the 28th, so i have to input it as the 29th, and once i save my settings it will show up as the 28th. strange. also, i can't for the life of me get any photos to upload. once i have selected my photos it won't stop loading.

I'm enjoying getting messages from all the Omega X members! My favorite feature is the translation option. It's good that the translation appears right under the original message, instead of replacing the original, so I can still see exactly what the artist intends to see. I would like an option to send one image a month to share fan art or fan projects with the artists, but other than that 3 messages seems like enough.

App works fine but the competitor app has more features (live broadcast, stickers, chatroom wallpaper customization, message save box, birthday messages) for a MUCH cheaper price. I know many people who opted out of subscribing to this app for that reason. To get more customers, you should lower the price and add more comparable features.

Was wonderful until the recent updates. Now I don't get notifications and I have to reset the translation everytime I go into the messages. Edit: after un-installing and re-installing, the notifications finally work again. Thank you customer support for getting back to me quickly!

I'm having a trouble with this app, it keeps asking me to login every time I want to access to my artist friend chat, it doesn't alert me of the artist's messages either even when I gave access to to it...and I have to go and put in on the translate option because it keeps changing by itself to off...if I'm paying $5 for month I want a good app service not this!

Notifications almost never bring you to the right chat, it just opens the app and stops in the main menu. The app often needs restarting because it's slow or just stops loading. And the artists still can't quote fan messages and respond to them publicly, which every other app like this implemented long ago. Do better, Wonderwall.

I like using this app, I get messages from all the members of ateez and I feel connected. The one thing I ask is if you guys can add an auto translate like when you have the app open when someone is messaging and it will auto translate. I hate having to click on each one to translate it. I know bubble does that.

The price for each subscription is $5 usd for international users, even though the price in krw is 5,000 won, it's not even $4 if change rate. The issue right now, is why is every international users need to follow the usd rate when not all are from the United States!! The rate from usd to my own country is huge. It's 5 time more pricier changing rate to usd compare to 3 times in krw. Is it hard for you to just open and opt for Google pay method for international users??!!
