The worst rental car company of the world!! They charge extra money in case you get a fine (on the top of paying your actual fine!) with no reason than that they put a tiny provision in the contract! After paying also this extra, they continue to harrass you for months trying to get paid additional money pretending that you didn't pay.. even if you send them bank transfer receipts. It's just a fraud scheme!

I've been requested to pre-authorize euro 400 for deposit when rent a car on 26 Sept. After returned the car (checked with no issue) on 3 Oct, the Locauto didn't unblock the deposit but charge it officially on 6 Oct with no reason! I tried to communicate with them but till now already half month I didn't receive any refund! I wonder why do they charge the deposit after I returned back the car?? I tried to believe it's technical problem, but they seems not really care so it might be a fraud case

Avoid this crooked company like the plague! I have never encountered a company so brazenly dishonest with scamming customers being their standard business practice. Plenty of horror stories if you google them. You've been warned!

CONARTIST, they constantly hit you with fees throught the process. Theu try to down grade your car and gibe you very lame excuses about payment terms forcing you to buy more services. Cancellation fees are a joke and their service is as well. A word to the wise do not use them. A 140 euro rental for an A3 audi for 4 days became 400 euro very fast. Use the big brands rather than this small comapy which i am sure if they continue down this path will soon be bankrupt.
