I don't like this app! I entered my email and password correctly but they show me I had written incorrect and when I even tried to create an account I could not, they show my password is inconvenient, so I don't recommend this app, its a cheater app

Is it a way of gate keeping or something? When I tried to register I was asked for my employee ID and job postion at dior. Maybe this app is for employees? I don't think that's the case though. For a high end brand making it hard for consumers to even buy goods is fairly unnecessary.
