Performs what it sets out to do, but not without a bunch of weird quirks. Ordering and customizing is easy enough, and I like that it doesn't try to hide the deals/rewards from you. Some of the issues that I have (which don't affect usability, but are just annoyances): -First open ALWAYS crashes, but second open works -Constantly has a pop up reminding you that the restaurant location has been set -Adding a deal to a bag may take 2 attempts to go thru -UI is just... Bland and unintuitive

It's nice to be able to place a mobile order and to use rewards/deals. However, lately I can't even check in for curbside pickup when I need to pick up said order, causing me to have to either go inside (which is impossible if they have their doors locked) or wait in an incredibly long line which defeats the purpose of curbside pickup on my way to work.

Very annoying location function. You will need to have your location on the whole time, from ordering to pickup. Want a friend to pick it up? You'll have to give them your phone. Also the app can and does change your store number even after you selected a store, and you may not be able to use the same "deal" after canceling. I heard deals are now worse because they're personalized to you and you cannot use rewards at the same time.

The app has lost my curbside check-in more than once, efficiently caused me to have to go issue (had kids in the car I didn't want to get out). If I accidentally select "use at restaurant" on an offer, it won't let me swap it to curbside or vice versa. Removing the deal or clicking back and trying to make the correct selection doesn't work either because it still thinks I've used an offer and it won't let me use the correct one for 15 minutes, even though the one selected in error WASN'T used.

Very frustrating that you can't use more than one deal or more than one item using points! They are MY POINTS!!! Why can't I use them whenever I want and for whatever I want. I shouldn't have to use points for a free coffee and then have to wait 10 minutes to order another one with points as well. Just let us do it all in one transaction!!!! So annoying!!!!

This app is annoying. It defaults to the closest location instead of your favorite so you have to change it to your favorite every time. The closest location to me is the opposite way home from work so it should default to what you tell it is the one you want. Then during your time in the app adding to your order it continually comes up and says something about the location and you have to keep telling it the location you want. If we pick it once we shouldn't have to again. Frustrating!!!!!!

I've tried to give this app the benefit of the doubt, but I can't anymore. The last two times I've used the app, the app glitched out and my order wasn't properly processed despite McD charging my account immediately. Additionally, they have managed to forget one of my items each time I order even when it's only 4 items. It could be the location (Dinkytown, MN), but this is infuriating. The online experience with Burger King was infinitely better.

You'd think that a multi-billion dollar corporation would have a better app.. - It currently crashes at payment screen. Multiple un-install / re-install doesn't fix. Can't order. - You're forced to turn on location sharing. But it auto-updates to the "nearest" location multiple times per session, instead of the location you already chose, or your set "favorite". Really wish it just kept the same location unless I say otherwise. & Refunds are pretty much impossible.
