Very disappointed. Used the app for 2 years on my android phone. For the first time decided to sync the audios so they appear on my iPad. And I don't see them on the iPad. UPD. Turned out it's because synchronization wasn't completed. And every time I try to sync, the app just crashes. I tried all sorts of things to fix it and nothing works. The app keep crashes every time. I don't have problems with other app like that. Samsung Galaxy s10e.

We recently lost our pup & my husband is a "can't talk about it" type. So I decided to try this. It helps me to get out what needs to be said and I can even go back and listen to it, which is very therapeutic. I don't like the fact that I have to pay .99 everytime I want to back it up. How about $12 a year with renewal that includes backups? Wish I could do more than one recording a day but can't. It took me 2 tries before I figured out the save feature as well, needs a tutorial or something.

Monetization was not thought out. It costs $1 each time you sync. The purpose of syncing is to keep your data safe in the event something happens to your phone. Most places charge a monthly fee for this and secure your data continuously. Instead, murmur makes you balance the cost of syncing with the importance of your most recent recordings. I suggest giving this app a pass and looking at something else where they don't play mind games with your data.

I love the idea! And it seems to work. But it cries out for a dark mode. Also, I deleted two notes before I figured out how the buttons work. So I guess the red button with a white square and it means... Stop and save? And the white button with the red square in it is delete? I don't know I guess it makes sense but maybe it could be made clear since we got all that real estate you just have a screen with the two buttons in the middle of it with no explanation of what they mean.

Everything is so neat and clean, and easy to use as well. I do have one request- please increase the amount of time we can record for! Right now the maximum time is only 5 minutes- it would be nice to have more time than that :) (maybe the max could be 30 min?) Also one more feature that would be nice! It would be nice to be able to take pictures along with the recordings :))

Great therapy aid! My therapist recommended I do voice journaling as a coping skill, as I express myself better thru speech. This app is exactly what I was looking for, with one suggestion. I know I can make multiple entries a day, but on the overall calendar view, it totally takes the space with the first entry. I would love if maybe just a dot for the mood color could indicate an entry on days with multiple recordings, that way I can quickly track my moods and how often I'm utilizing the app.

Love this app so much and it's only been a few days! It is simple and allows me to have a stream of consciousness and open the doors of journaling that I wasn't able to before because writing wasn't fast enough for my ADHD brain. The only negative is that I've already accidentally lost a couple of recordings because the button to go to the next step wasn't obvious enough. At least adding a modal warning me that I would lose my recorded content could probably prevent those instances.

While recording its good, however it only allows you one entry per day which is I don't like. What's a purpose of being a diary if you can only limit yourself for one entry? I know voice to text is quite expensive for a business but it defeat the purpose of being diary. Some people like me, who wants to submit multiple entries in one day plus the app is buggy, when I click the statistics it keeps crushing! Uninstalled.
